Why Travel? Play Local!!!

If you are interested in practicing and playing local then please sign up with the best league in town. Why travel to surrounding communities to practice and play when Romeoville PONY Baseball is 550 players strong. You can play in your own town and will not be required to play the same teams over and over. Come see why others are making the move into the largest youth sports program in Romeoville.

If you wish to register your child, you may do so by attending one of our early registration dates listed on our home page. To expedite your registration, please preprint your REGISTRATION FORM and we will assist you in completing the rest. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.

Romeoville Pony Baseball realizes that in this economy everyone is having to cut back. We have always made it a top priority to keep the cost of playing baseball in Romeoville economical. This year we have once again not increased our fees. We will also be offering 3 different payment options:

#1 "Free Baseball" - Take the designated allotment of fundraiser tickets to cover the cost of the registration fee and the required fundraiser. You prepay for these tickets at registration and once they are sold you keep the money. Once you have sold all the tickets you have not paid anything out of pocket for your child to play baseball.

#2 Traditional Registration - You will pay the required registration fee per age level and prepay for 8 required fundraiser tickets. Once you have sold the fundraiser tickets you keep the $80.

#3 Buyout Option - You simply pay the required fee for the age level you are registering for. There are no fundraiser tickets required for this option.

*Note: Traditional registration includes a required fundraiser of 8 raffle tickets to be sold for $10/each. These will need to be prepaid for at registration for a total cost = registration fee + $80 (Fundraiser ticket value). Free registration is $10 a ticket. You get that back when you sell the tickets to friends and family.

Refund Policy

1) Relocation/change of address prior to first scheduled league game - refund (minus uniform cost) **

2) Injury prior to first scheduled league game - - refund (minus uniform cost) **

3) Change of mind prior to draft – refund **

4) Change of mind after draft – refund subject to Board approval (minus uniform cost, if ordered) **

5) Change of mind due to parent/player dissatisfaction with manager, coach, playing time, teammates – refund subject to Board approval, however every attempt will be made to correct problem. **

** All items above are subject to “FREE BASEBALL” registration. If “FREE BASEBALL” is used to register the player, a refund will only be given for all unsold tickets that are refunded to PONY Baseball, minus the uniform cost if ordered
